A Visa is required for the majority of tourists coming to Dubai. Exceptions are provided for citizens from certain European countries (such as New Zealand, Australia, France, Greece, UK) and elsewhere who can acquire either a 90 or 30 day entry permit on arrival. Dubai Visa Rules changed. Visa’s can be acquired from a tourist company or hotel once the tourist has supplied a copy of their passport, their motive for visiting Dubai and booked a reservation for a single night or more.
